  1. Thank you so much for this!!! I woke up with that sense of dread again this morning. Seemingly triggered by nothing at all. I know I need to do a practice in the morning but I “never have time”. Thank you for the reminder to unpack some of these revolving thoughts and worries!!!

  2. I love what you said about doing the work and making significant life shifts as necessary aspects of coping with anxiety. I have made some major changes over the past six months, all of which have had a significant positive impact on the level of anxiety I experience. Prioritizing sleep, focusing on relationships that support and enrich my life (vs causing additional stress) taking daily walks and journaling have all been key and the difference is substantial. I am also a big time achiever and I think the biggest shift has been embracing slowing down my pace and choosing to do less. It took me a long time to wrap my head around a not so frantic pace being lazy, but now that I have shifted I am not sure I will ever go back. There is a big difference between being productive and being constantly active. That all being said I loved your post and found your recommendations very helpful, thank you!

I wanted to share this with you in case you might consider checking out this book sometime.
Peace ,hope and love to you and your family.
You are an inspiration to all women.
