Episode 15: Why Resilience Needs To Be Part Of The Conversation
When we originally recorded this podcast episode in early January, we did not predict the dramatic impact the coronavirus would have on us worldwide. This episode was slated for later in the spring but given the importance and relevance of the topic – and the fact that it’s been missing from the virus conversation – we decided to air it now. The 15th episode of the Today Is The Day Podcast, “Why Resilience Needs to Be Part of The Conversation?”, is now available on your favourite podcast platforms.
Our first Academy of Culinary Nutrition Masterclass is coming up on May 9th, and you can join us online from anywhere in the world. This year’s focus is on resilience. And because we have been deep in this fundamental essential for health, today is the day we’re divulging what resilience means when it comes to our health and the key habits that need to be addressed in order to achieve it.

Katinka Bencs
Katinka was one of the early graduates of the Culinary Nutrition Expert Program and has been using her skills ever since, through cooking classes and health coaching. Most recently, when she couldn’t find nutritious, allergen-friendly baked goods in the market that she was 100% satisfied with, she decided to take matters into her own hands and launch a new business. Her online baking flour blends are all organic, grain-free and allergen-free – plus they are super simple to make, delicious and nutrient-dense. They look absolutely divine, so check them out!
