  1. Sounds good – makes sense. How does this compare to the teeth- whitening benefit of oil pulling? Thanks Meghan

  2. Thank you for this one. I have used baking soda and peroxide with tea tree oil based tooth polish. I also drink ACV and oil pull as I remember to do it…never heard of this combo. Love to have sparkly teeth.

  3. I read about Activated Charcoal powder helping to brighten teeth. I drink a lot of green tea. Just bought a jar from Organika and have not started. Any thoughts?

  4. You are right! These chemical whiteners would surely ruin one’s teeth. It has been a popular thing lately to add lemon juice to baking soda to make a natural teeth whitener. But I am afraid it would cause erosion of the enamel, any thoughts on this?

  5. Great tips Meghan. I really appreciate for sharing your recipe for teeth whitening. I would like to suggest to visit a dentist doctor for your white teeth to stay white for longer duration.

  6. Just tried it, glad I was by the sink as the foaming made me laugh and of course typical me didn’t follow your precise instructions did I but it worked and it makes your mouth feel so clean afterwards.. Thanks Meghan

  7. No!!!!! This is so acidic it will literally melt your teeth if you do it more than a couple times.
The acid will dissolve your enamel away.
I’ve been a Dental Assistant/Hygienist for 28 years, I would never put ACV on my teeth.
