  2. This recipe sounds great! I’m making a raw Pad Thai for dinner this week, I created a recipe with kelp noodles and cashews, I can’t wait.

Off to get wide noodles to make this tomorrow, though I’ll prob replace the coconut sugar with some form of stevia. Now if you could only replace the sweetened condensed milk in a Thai Iced Tea…

  7. I made this tonight for dinner and it was so delicious! I used chicken instead of tofu, and omitted the tamarind as I could not find any in my city. The sauce was still spot on! I will be making this again!
