  1. You did it again, Meghan! I love these kinds of articles where you take a health trend and debunk it. You explain it so well and I couldn’t agree with you more with regards to the keto diet trend. SO many clients mention it to me because they have heard of its positive effects with weight loss. But many people forget that it’s meant to be therapeutic and not necessarily good for everyone. I find myself explaining it over and over again. I might just refer them to this article instead.   2. since I do need to lose weight for health reasons and nothing else I have tried seems to work—I am willing to give this a try–so we shall see if it helps me—recipes look good–

You literally uttered the EXACT response i have given and I LOVE how you said it all. I wish more people would read your response, I would love to share it.
