  1. Wow, those look amazing! Where can you find bee pollen though? I’ve never seen it at the co-op, but it might be hiding there somewhere.

  2. Meghan, I’m speechless. These look AMAZING!! Can’t wait for your tutorial for more awesome yummy recipes with superfoods :) And ice cube tray = brilliant!!! Love that I don’t need to buy any special candy mold. Enjoy your day!!

  3. I was over spending a little quality time with my above mentioned sweet granddaughter Mia, giving my daughter in law a little break. I was putting some things away in the fridge and spotted a plate of very delicious gourmet looking chocolates. Of course I had to have one and not tell. Now I find out they weren’t just any old chocolate treat but nutrition filled, and tasted amazing. Thanks Meg.

  4. Holy yum. Another one for the to-do list, and a good excuse to pick up some superfoods.

Already super-excited for the superfood tutorial coming Thursday – woohoo!

  5. Oh no, Meghan, this is just embarrassing. I’m drooling. Tell me, will there be more uses for bee pollen in the tutorial? Like you, I have been having a problem getting a hang of eating it, and I have this huge bag and I just don’t wanna throw it away, after all, it could have nurtured little bees… I’m going to try and score one of your free tutorials but I’ll probably trip over the time zone difference so I may just have to whip out the credit card anyways…:-). All the best.

  6. Wow..as you were reading off the ingredients you put in the bon bons, I nearly drooled all over myself…lol! These sound beyond amazing…plus you shared the recipe with us? That’s truly awesome! I need to pick up some of the ingredients to give these a try. Thanks:)

  7. Meghan! I am definitely buying your new tutorial not only because I am extremely interested in its content and convinced of its highest quality, but also to support you and the great job you have been doing as a nutritionist and blogger. I have already said that in one of my emails to you, but I believe there’s never too much you can compliment on somebody’s great job and… last but not least ..you really are generous with posting all these great recipes without charging a dime …thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.

  8. WOW! Nice work, Meghan! These chocolates sound divine and nourishing, and they look great, to boot! Just throw some edible gold leaf on there and you’ll give Godiva a run for their money (gold has nutritional value, right?). Thanks for sharing– your sister-in-law must be one happy birthday girl!

  9. I knew I needed a reason to buy those fancy dessert molds! Totally going to make these this weekend! amazing, Meghan!

  10. Who would know by looking at these that they were fool of goodness!!!
I’ve made raw balls and coat them in chocolate and my son loves them. These will be a nice treat as well. Hey easter is coming up, I think I will bring these to my in-laws. Yes!
