  1. This recipe looks yummy and I’m looking forward to trying it. But it does make a lot of veggie tots. You mention that they freeze well. Should I freeze them uncooked and then cook from frozen? Or do you have another suggestion. Thanks so much!

  3. Made these today. My 4year old and I loved the veggie tots! Especially with the tahini, avocado oil (I didn’t have flax seed oil), lemon and sea salt dip. My husband, not so much a fan. That’s ok, more for our kid and I

    1. Hi Jennifer, you could always try baking them a little less and see how that works. If that doesn’t work, I would try to reduce the amount of flour or psyllium bit by bit until you reach your desired consistency.
