  1. Thank you. I’ve been stuck and frozen. My creativity has left me (did it go to the beach??). I’m taking time to listen to feel what’s next. Some days I feel like it’s avoidance because it feels strange not doing anything (well I chose to homeschool my kids so that is definitely not nothing, ha!), but I feel like it’s what I need to do to get a better understanding. You’re inspiring as always.

  2. Thank you for sharing what I have been thinking and doing. It has become so important these days to find your “tribe” that you align with and know that you are not alone in this. Our free will allows us to choose between Light or Shadow. Either choice will have consequences. Choosing to follow and be the Light will bring unity, strength in numbers and a chance for peace and freedom. I am hopeful.

  3. Megan, I’m considerably older than you are, but my best advice is to believe in yourself, trust that gut/intuition, and take those challenging times one day at a time. I shared these ideas with my son & daughter as they were growing through the challenges of young adulthood–and they have turned into two great adults we are very proud to call our own. And their successes have been an incredible “mirror” to tell me to take my own advice when times in my life are unexpectedly challenging. In early Feb. 2022, I had an unexpected health issue that resulted in a major surgery, 9 days in the hospital, and 6 weeks off work for healing & recovery. My second week home from the hospital, I began walking 1 mile daily in my neighborhood with my late father’s walker. It took me an hour to walk 1 mile. My normal walking pace is a 15 min. mile. It was very depressing in the beginning, but I knew I had to walk daily to make progress. In about 5 weeks, I was back to walking a 15 min. mile and walking 6-10 miles per day–and I lost nearly 30 pounds. How amazing that made me feel–and a huge boost to my confidence & belief I could do most anything in the future.
Believe in yourself, trust your gut/intuition, and take things one day at a time–you will be amazed what you really can conquer!
