Despite these positive messages, many of us easily get caught up in the latest beauty fads promising and promoting the things we can apply to our skin, hair, and nails for ultimate beauty. It’s true that beauty comes from deep inside of us – and from a culinary nutrition perspective, what we eat and our lifestyle habits can either help or hinder the health of our outer tissues.
